The Third Pre-Trial Investigation Court of Sullana held an extraordinary session aimed at expediting the handling of criminal cases related to neglect of family assistance and domestic violence. During this session, 13 hearings were conducted under the direction of Judge José Jhonson Valdez. The event featured the active participation of Public Ministry representative Jacinto Ygor Cruz Fernández and public defender Alexis Vidal Adiranzén. Additionally, several judicial officers, including Sheyla Paz Olaya and Jhon Farfan Iman, voluntarily joined the initiative. Administrative support was provided by Sebastián Elera Sánchez, administrator of the Criminal Module. Yone Pedro Li Córdova, president of the Superior Court of Justice of Sullana, praised the initiative and highlighted the commitment of the participants. He also called on judges and judicial officers to join these sessions, which will be held monthly as part of the Criminal Module’s work plan to improve the speed of judicial processes.
