The recent appearance of Erika Manrique alongside Federico Salazar has caused a stir following the presenter’s separation from Katia Condos after 30 years together. In images broadcasted by ‘Magaly TV: la firme’, both were seen at Manrique’s apartment sharing an embrace. In response to speculation about a possible romance, Manrique clarified her relationship with Salazar.
In an interview with Trome, she stated: “I love him, I’ve known him since before Katia and there has never been anything.” She emphasized that their bond is based on a deep friendship and that they are nothing more than close friends. “I’m not his ‘shoulder to cry on’, we are super friends and we don’t even see each other often,” she added. She also revealed that, following the incident, they resumed communication but reiterated that there is no romance between them. “There will never be anything because our love is like that of siblings,” she assured.
On another note, Erika Manrique announced that she has a partner and is currently in Europe to reunite with him. “I have an Italian boyfriend and that’s why I traveled to Europe,” she stated, clarifying that she does not maintain friendships with some figures in the entertainment industry, such as Deysi Araujo.
