The city of Lima is preparing to welcome the great exponents of salsa at the 15th edition of ‘A Night of Salsa’, scheduled for March 2027. The event will feature performances by El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, Grupo Niche, La Sonora Ponceña, and for the first time in Peru, Puerto Rican Power, an orchestra famous for its connection with the late Tito Rojas.
This year, the production has decided to reduce the number of artists, thus offering a more concentrated show of an hour and a half for each orchestra. This measure responds to audience requests for a more complete experience.
Presale tickets will go on sale on March 31 at 9:00 a.m. through Teleticket, with affordable prices to facilitate attendance. The organizing body, Tropimusic, hopes that this event, considered one of the most important in its genre worldwide, will attract a large number of fans.
With a total of ten orchestras on stage and a set design aimed at better visibility, attendees will be able to enjoy classics such as ‘Tu cariñito’ and ‘Juguete de nadie’, which will be part of Puerto Rican Power’s repertoire.
