A significant advancement in civil engineering has been recorded in China, where an innovative driller has successfully excavated 89 meters beneath the Yangtze River for a high-speed train tunnel. This equipment, known as Linghang, has a diameter of 15 meters and is capable of performing excavations of up to 718 meters in a month, setting a new world record.
