Giza Sphinx: Italian Researchers Suggest Existence of a Second Sphinx

Italian researchers have proposed the possibility that a second sphinx may be hidden beneath the pyramids of Giza. This theory, presented by engineer Filippo Biondi, is based on data obtained through radar technology, which suggests the existence of an underground network of unexplored structures. According to Biondi, scans revealed anomalies in a hardened sand mound that could correspond to a large structure. Additionally, he suggests a geometric correlation between the Great Pyramid, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the known sphinx. “We are finding a precise geometric correlation, of 100%, in this symmetry,” he stated in a podcast.

The theory is also supported by the Dream Stele, which depicts two sphinxes, leading some to interpret it as an indication that one of them could be buried. However, experts such as Egyptologist Zahi Hawass have expressed skepticism, emphasizing the lack of concrete evidence and the limitations of the technologies used for these investigations.
