Darrell Sheets, known for his participation in the reality show Who Gives More? (Storage Wars), has passed away at the age of 67 in Arizona. According to reports from the Lake Havasu City police, his death is being investigated as a possible suicide. The local police department received a call at 2:00 a.m. regarding an unresponsive person. Upon arrival, officers found Sheets with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. The Mohave County coroner confirmed his identity at the scene.
Sheets was nicknamed ‘The Gambler’ and stood out on the show for 13 years, where he purchased abandoned storage units. In 2023, he retired and opened an antique store in Arizona. His legacy includes valuable finds, such as original works by Picasso.
A spokesperson for A&E, the channel that airs the show, expressed condolences: ‘We are deeply saddened by the passing of Darrell ‘The Gambler’ Sheets, a beloved member of our family.’ The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
