Jorginho Frello’s Wife Responds to Chappell Roan After Incident Involving Their Daughter

The wife of Jorginho Frello, Catherine Harding, spoke out about the incident involving their 11-year-old daughter and singer Chappell Roan at a hotel in São Paulo, where the child ended up in tears. The situation occurred last Saturday, just hours before the Lollapalooza Brazil festival, and sparked significant uproar on social media. Harding, known as Cat Cavelli, questioned Roan’s stance, who claimed that the security guard who confronted her family did not belong to her team. “I know 100% that guard was not from the hotel. He works with artists,” Harding stated in a video.

Although she did not directly blame the artist, she implied that Roan should ensure her staff acts appropriately. The mother recounted that her daughter simply smiled upon recognizing the singer, without approaching or asking for anything. However, a guard approached in an “extremely aggressive” manner, which caused the girl to cry. “I was in shock,” Harding expressed, lamenting that the experience ruined their family trip, which was planned as a birthday gift for her daughter.

For her part, Chappell Roan apologized on her social media, asserting that she was not involved in the incident and regretting that someone had assumed ill intent. For more details on Frello’s response, you can read our article here.
