Blue Dollar in Argentina TODAY: Exchange Rate and Comparison with the Official Rate

On Monday, April 6, the blue dollar in Argentina is set at $1395 for buying and $1405 for selling. In contrast, the official dollar is quoted at $1365 for buying and $1415 for selling, according to information from Banco Nación. This exchange rate is the most commonly used in legal currency operations in the country and does not include additional surcharges or taxes.

Additionally, the card dollar is at $1774.5 for buying and $1839.5 for selling. This exchange rate applies to transactions made with credit or debit cards in foreign currency, both abroad and for payments of international services from Argentina. Its quotation includes a 30% withholding tax in advance of the Income Tax on the value of the official dollar, following the elimination of the PAIS tax.
