The television host Tula Rodríguez is going through an emotionally challenging time due to the departure of her daughter Valentina, who is moving abroad to continue her university studies. In an emotional video shared on Instagram, Rodríguez, visibly moved, expressed: “This is a difficult, different video, but I don’t know if I am very happy.” The former vedette, 45, commented that Valentina’s decision, at 17 years old, to move outside of Peru has been a challenge for her. “I think the most difficult moment for a mother has arrived, which is seeing her baby take flight and leave,” she added while reflecting on her relationship with her daughter.
Tula also remembered her late husband, Javier Carmona, who always encouraged the idea of their daughter studying abroad. “He was right: Valentina is going to study abroad,” she stated, highlighting that her husband always had confidence in their daughter’s academic future. Despite her sadness, Tula expressed her faith in the values she has instilled in Valentina. “I am sure that wonderful things are coming for Valentina,” she concluded, showing her commitment to continue supporting her from afar.
