In statements to the newspaper Trome, the host of ‘Primera edición’ emphasized that his relationship with Manrique is purely friendly. “I’m like a monk. She is a friend, there’s nothing,” he stated, explaining that the meeting was at his home to avoid media attention. He also highlighted that his priority is to protect his family, especially after his separation from Katia Condos, with whom he was for over 30 years.
